When you have us repair your
parts, you will benefit from over thirty years of experience. During these
years we have successfully repaired thousands of castings. This experience
is our most valuable asset. Because of the many different types of parts
we've repaired, we have the ability to interlink thousands of individual
experiences, successes and, yes, even some failures to develop methods,
techniques and processes that work the first time - every time!
Craftsmanship
Our repairmen are true metal
craftsmen. Each is a skilled machinist and welder. They are
carefully trained in the art of cast metal repair. Cast iron is our main
focus. It takes a special type of person to do this kind of work. It
can be hard, dirty and very difficult. Pride in our work is often our
greatest reward. Our intent is simple: Do the very best job
possible. Attention to details, lots of patience and excellent
metal-working abilities have been keys to our success.

services with every job. Out first effort is to determine the cause of the
failure and how to prevent it from happening again. Second, we engineer
the repair to return the part to its original strength or stronger. By

Creativity
Our latest technical breakthrough
is a totally new approach to metal stitching called CASTMASTER™. This
incredible new technology utilizes a thread design called Spiralhook™.
These stitching pins draw the surrounding material together to re-establish
original strength even in the most difficult conditions. The CASTMASTER™
technology is the single most important development to date in the history of
casting repair.
Our newest product Full-Torque Thread repair inserts will simply solve your thread repair problems permanently and usually better than new, we guaranty it!
