We manufacture over 30 different stitching
pins. There are two distinct types of stitching pins: L
Series and C Series. They come in
several diameters and thread lengths. To learn about each pin's

These special stitching pins are used daily by hundreds of repair
technicians around the world to perform engine block crack repairs and
cylinder head crack repairs. Cylinder head repair to automotive and
large industrial cylinder heads is a very large market for us. Sealing
leaks and re-creating strength is very cost effective and reliable.

We manufacture 8 different lock sizes. No
matter what your application, from a small automotive block to a large
extrusion press, we have a lock to suit your needs. When you need
to recreate structural strength and integrity, our locks will get the job

Our lock design can pull the crack together and create the highest
possible amount of strength in the repair. Rather than making a hole
pattern by chiseling like the method used in the old metal locking
process, we utilize a high precision drill fixture to make the hole
pattern completely by drilling, to receive the locks in order to assure
the best and strongest possible repair.
- Thread Repair Inserts

Say goodbye to threaded
hole problems! All of our thread inserts are based on
the C Series Spiralhook™ thread geometry for
the OD. These inserts restore both the needed strength and new
threads at the same time. Many sizes are available, including aluminum
spark plug inserts.
We manufacture many styles including matching inserts for the Ford
Triton 4.6, 5.4 and 6.8 engines. It is now possible to upgrade the
entire engine to fully threaded spark plug holes if the cylinder heads
are removed from the engine. In-frame
repairs can also be made with the same repair kit.

This is not a flimsy coil insert or another form of a
common key locking insert with standard and incomplete external thread
profile. Only Full-Torque thread replacement insert will add strength
instead of removing strength of the surrounding metal. This is a product
that will exceed your expectations.

There are many kits available to you. All of
them are discounted from the total individual item price. To
determine the best kit for your needs, read through all the information
on our site, think about the type of parts you repair (or want to
repair) and consider the financial investment you want to make.
You can get your feet wet with a mini-stitching pin kit for a little
over $100 US or you can buy the Engine Rebuilder Kit or Industrial Kit,
add some tooling, and a Stitchin' Center and end up spending over $8000.00
US. And, of course, there's everything in between. Take your
