This section shows you the part numbers for L50 locks and their tooling.  (Pricing is being updated.)  To learn about the capabilities of locks, please review the Locks page.

Important note:  Our part numbers reflect a package quantity.  Example:  If you order L50S-5, you would receive a package of 50 pieces of the L50 surface lock.

(If you are from outside the US, please contact us.  We ship direct to the US but have stocking distributors in other countries.)

Tough Duty Drill Bit Set for L50 Locks
Part# Qty & Description
L50DB 3 each of fractional sizes: 3/16"; 3/8"; and 3/4" drill bits

Tough Duty drill bits are made of high quality tool steel and heat-treated to higher hardness.  These drill bits will hold an edge longer and will stand up to harder material.

Additional tooling necessary for L50 locks
Part# Description
LDS-3/16 drill stop to use with 3/16" drill bits
LDS-3/8 drill stop to use with 3/8" drill bits
LDS-3/4 drill stop to use with 3/4" drill bits
L50PB 1/4" and 1/2" pilot drill bushings
L0090 puller for pilot drill bushing
L50JS drill jig set for creating L50 hole pattern

LNS drill stops are used to control the depth of the lock hole patterns.  This is a VERY necessary step.  Do not attempt to "eyeball" your lock hole pattern depth.  By allowing the drill bit to only penetrate to a predetermined depth, many common drilling errors can be avoided.

The three-piece drill jig set comes with locating pins.  This part number should only be used as a replacement.  If you are just getting started with the L50 locks, go ahead and purchase the kit.  It is less expensive than buying all of the pieces individually and comes in a black case that you can use to keep all of the components in one place.

L50K (complete L50 Lock Kit)

L50B-10 10 each of the L50 bottom locks

LDS-3/4 drill stop for 3/4" drill bit
L50PB 1/4" and 1/2" pilot drill bushing

L750-4 4 ounces of tapping fluid
LHC623 60 ml of lubricating sealant

The L50 Lock Kit comes in a black plastic case that you can use to keep all of the components in one spot.  If you are getting started with the L50 locks, purchasing the kit makes the most sense.  It is less expensive than buying all of the pieces individually.
