L15 Lock and Tooling (go to: L20 Lock and Tooling) This section shows the part numbers for L15 locks and their tooling. (Pricing is being updated.) To learn about the capabilities of locks, please review the Locks page. Important note: Our part numbers reflect a package quantity. Example: If you order L15B-10, you would receive a package of 10 pieces of the L15 bottom lock. (If you are from outside the US, please contact us. We ship direct to the US but have stocking distributors in other countries.) Drill Bits: Tooling: Kit: L15K
Tough Duty drill bits are made of high quality tool steel and heat-treated to higher hardness. These drill bits will hold an edge longer and will stand up to harder material.
LNS drill stops are used to control the depth of the lock hole patterns. This is a VERY necessary step. Do not attempt to "eyeball" your lock hole pattern depth. By allowing the drill bit to only penetrate to a predetermined depth, many common drilling errors can be avoided. The three-piece drill jig set comes with locating pins. This part number should only be used as a replacement. If you are just getting started with the L15 locks, go ahead and purchase the kit. It is less expensive than buying all of the pieces individually and comes in a black case that you can use to keep all of the components in one place.
The L15 Lock Kit comes in a black plastic case that you can
use to keep all of the components in one spot. If you are getting started
with the L15 locks, purchasing the kit makes the most sense. It is less
expensive than buying all of the pieces individually. This section shows you the part numbers and the U.S. prices for L20 locks and their tooling.
