Tough Duty Drill Bit Set for L15 Locks
Part# Qty & Description
L15DB 3 each of fractional sizes 3/32" and 3/16" drill bits

Tough Duty drill bits are made of high quality tool steel and heat-treated to higher hardness.  These drill bits will hold an edge longer and will stand up to harder material.

Additional tooling necessary for L15 locks
Part# Description
LDS-3/32 drill stop to use with 3/32" drill bits
LDS-3/16 drill stop to use with 3/16" drill bits
L15JS drill jig set for creating L15 hole pattern

LNS drill stops are used to control the depth of the lock hole patterns.  This is a VERY necessary step.  Do not attempt to "eyeball" your lock hole pattern depth.  By allowing the drill bit to only penetrate to a predetermined depth, many common drilling errors can be avoided.

The three-piece drill jig set comes with locating pins.  This part number should only be used as a replacement.  If you are just getting started with the L15 locks, go ahead and purchase the kit.  It is less expensive than buying all of the pieces individually and comes in a black case that you can use to keep all of the components in one place.
